Union Bargaining

Below is a copy of a report (Union Report) written by MSOT in early 2020, outlining concerns and priorities for collective bargaining. This report was share with MAHCP and MGEU in 2020.

You will also find some examples of how you might choose to use your bargaining proposal form; and/or pre-filled bargaining forms.

Further, a sample letter is also provided that you might choose to include to your union.

These documents can be used to complete bargaining proposals, or for other advocacy efforts.
